  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes, however due to current postal suspensions, shipping to select countries are unavailable, and therefore are not accepted. These include, but are not limited to: Afghanistan, Belarus, Brunei, Laos, Myanmar, Niue, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Yemen.

    You will be notified if you are in a country to which shipping is currently unavailable if the shipping cost is unreasonably high (10kusd).

  • Does Shipping include tracking?

    Tracking is included for all orders containing anything that is larger than postcards (postcards included).

    If your order contains only individual stickers or temporary tattoos, the order will be shipped via untracked postal mail unless you would like to track your order. If you would like to have tracking, please add "STICKER TRACKING" found through the storefront to your cart; only once per total order necessary.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped, most tracked domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times will take longer, and will vary depending on your location.

    Orders containing only stickers that are purchased without the additional "Include Tracking" purchase will be sent via postal mail, and may take anywhere up to 3 days or longer to arrive.

    Please note that shipping times may take longer due to COVID-19. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

  • Who is responsible for customs and import taxes?

    The customer is responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.

  • What if I made a mistake or have a problem with my order?

    Refunds are not accepted unless I made a mistake with your order.
    I am not responsible for any mistakes that you made on your order such as inputing the incorrect address, etc.
